I was in need of a flexible sealing wax and decided to go with the Crimson Red procuct here as it was the brightest red they had on their website (according to their pictures). Unfortunately, the pictures on their website do not accurately match their products. Their returns department was helpful, and offered an exchange. I just wish the pictures were accurate to begin with so this error may have been avoided.

Their wax is legit. The colors are vibrant and deep (depending on the ones you get, obviously), and they ship them out very quickly. They are very easy to use. I won't bother getting sealing wax anywhere else. The quality is excellent.

Easy to use and looks very authentic. The instruction booklet that was included was extremely helpful. The sticks themselves also look great.

This wax is beautiful and has a nice shimmer to it. I'm a first time wax sealer, so it could have something to do with my skill level, but the wick on these sticks don't want to stay lit. I can get around it by holding a lighter next to it, but a little disappointed in the wicks.
